Friends with Fins is a half-hour show that was created to educate the world about marine science and conservation topics in a charming, accessible way.
The format is two related ten minute segments connected by a two-minute science experiment, special guest or engaging activity you can try at home. Think Wild Kratts Live with a quirky female host.
The show is hosted by TV personality Jaclyn Friedlander who has been hosting a show by the same name on YouTube that is used as a teaching tool in classrooms around the globe. She has written three Friends with Fins children’s books and speaks at aquariums across the country. Friedlander has always been passionate about science/technology and is an on-air electronics contributor at Home Shopping Network (HSN).
